This psychodrama group is an ongoing experiential training and personal growth group. This group will explore psychodramatic, sociometric and group psychotherapy techniques, and how they can help people look at themselves and their issues. Issues of trust, shame, fear, isolation, anxiety, relationships, and intimacy are among the topics that will be explored with action methods. Also, the importance of role theory, spontaneity and creativity will be addressed.

Jacob Gershoni, LCSW, CGP, TEP, is a psychotherapist with over 40 years experience and is the co-director of the Psychodrama Training Institute of New York. He is a certified trainer, educator and practitioner and a Fellow of the American Society of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama, and the editor of Psychodrama in the 21st Century: Clinical and Educational Applications (Springer Publishing Co. 2003)
