This training program consists of five weekend workshops covering a variety of action techniques, methods and applications. It will provide useful action techniques from a solid theoretical base. Each workshop is both for people new or experienced in psychodrama. Action methods can greatly enhance your practice. Join us in this creative, spontaneous adventure.

Weekend #4 Looking at our Psychodrama directing styles for the novice or experienced. Friday, April 2 and Saturday, April 3rd, 2021
Weekend #5 Exploring Moreno’s Role theory in action. Playing, taking, creating and retiring dysfunctional roles. Friday, June 4th and Saturday, June 65h, 2021

Our Journey Toward Improving Self-Esteem and Connections to Others

In this workshop we will explore development of positive identity and confidence. Psychodrama and role play techniques will be utilized to trace this journey from an early age, and in dealing with obstacles toward a healthy self-esteem and deeper connections to others. In a safe and affirming setting we will look into various roadblocks and ways to overcome them.
