Integrating Mindful Awareness Practices with Psychodrama and Sociometry (Working with Challenging Experiences)
This training session is one of five offered by the Psychodrama Institute of New York. In this session we will be integrating Mindful Awareness practices with the powerful action techniques, methods and applications of psychodrama, sociometry and group psychotherapy. Mindful Awareness practice helps us to recognize what is occurring both externally and internally. In challenging moments, it can facilitate presence and stability. The training will provide useful action techniques from a solid theoretical base and will also teach mindful awareness components.
While professionals will be offered CEU credit, this training is suitable for anyone with an interest in psychodrama or mindful awareness practice. Join us in this creative, spontaneous adventure.
